Coquelicot is a charming 30 m² studio, ideal for two people. Designed in the spirit of a bed and breakfast, it offers a kitchenette and dining area, allowing you to make the most of your independence during your stay. The studio overlooks a pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors while admiring the spectacular view of Mont Bouquet. The space 🌿 Welcome to the studio "Coquelicot" – charm, calm and nature: Located on the ground floor of our 18th century stone house, Coquelicot is a self-catering accommodation set up in the old sheepfolds. You access it through a private entrance, guaranteeing tranquility and autonomy during your stay. An adjoining terrace allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside, ideal for your alfresco meals or a relaxing moment. 🛏️ Inside: Comfort and simplicity: The studio, carefully decorated, is equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a storage closet located at the entrance. The bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The kitchenette includes a stove, coffee maker, a small fridge with freezer, and all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare your meals. An indoor dining area is available, unless you prefer lunch or dinner on the terrace, facing the view. Our bathroom, all travertine, has a large shower, vanity and toilet. 🏊‍♀️ A perfect setting in a peaceful hamlet: Our home is in the hamlet of La Lèque, an authentic and quiet place. Staying here, you'll have access to: A beautiful pool shared with the inhabitants of the hamlet (about 15 houses). Two open-access tennis courts, Several hikes from the hamlet, such as the Lussan Concluses or the walk to the Menhir de la Pierre Plantée. ⚠️ Make a note before you book! The end of stay cleaning is taken care of by us. We just ask that you do the dishes and clean the appliances before you leave. The swimming pool is at the bottom of the hamlet, about 150m from the house. Access may therefore be less suitable for people with walking difficulties. It is open from mid-May until the end of September. Our home is located in the countryside, in a natural and unspoiled environment. It is therefore not uncommon to meet a few small inhabitants of the place, such as insects. Among them, you may see a small black scorpion, named Euscorpius flavicaudis. It measures about 2 cm, lives in the South of France, is not aggressive and presents no danger. Although discreet, he may occasionally invite himself inside the unit. Nothing worrying, just a little reminder that nature is all around us! 🏡 Other helpful information: We also offer a second cottage, "Lavender", a two-room apartment with its own garden area Guest access You have a parking space on our land located below the house (about 30 m). Parking is in reverse. You have your own entrance, through the French window of your terrace. You have your own key for the accommodation as well as a key for the pool. A common gate closes the property at the entrance.
