Located in the oldest part of the village - the Montmartre district, built in the 12th century around the large abbey church - the house is perfectly quiet. Having just undergone a complete renovation, LES TERRASSES DE MONTMARTRE now combines the most modern equipment with the charm of old stones, and offers its guests optimal comfort: bright rooms, air conditioning in all rooms, a high-speed internet connection, a smart TV, and new, quality bedding. Outside you will be seduced by its fully equipped terrace whose large awning will protect you from the hot summer sun. Not to mention the essential 4-seater HOT TUB - available throughout the year - for a relaxing bath on your return from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: ********************** * From the private parking space (rare in Saint-Cyprien!), a few steps lead down to the entrance of the house. * The entrance is equipped with a bench, coat rack and a large mirror * In its extension, the bright kitchen is perfectly equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator and freezer space, dishes and cooking equipment in generous numbers: nothing is missing. A small side table will allow you to have lunch there while contemplating the view of the village that is available to you. The room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay window opening widely onto the terrace and its two large windows opening onto the Carreyrou de la Reclue, leading to the center of the village. * To the right of the entrance, the living room is just as charming. It is organized into a comfortable living room elegantly furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a bench, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and a flat-screen TV; and a dining area with a beautiful wooden table and 4 seats. The glass door again allows direct access to the terrace. * On the other side of the entrance, the first bathroom offers a bathtub with shower screen, a vanity unit, storage shelves and a hanging toilet. From the entrance, the wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the following are successively organized: * A spacious double bedroom offering an extra large double bed 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, two tables and bedside lamps and a large dresser with drawers. It also offers a superb panoramic view of the village below and the hills that surround it. * Located directly opposite the bedroom, the bathroom, although small is no less functional, with its tiled shower, small sink and hanging toilet. * At the end of the hallway, the second bedroom offers two single beds 90 cm wide and 200 cm long - which can be joined to form a large double bed - two tables and bedside lamps, a small desk, a dresser with drawers and a rattan armchair. * A large closet space arranged in the hallway completes this floor. The large electrically remote-controlled awning will be particularly appreciated during the hottest hours of the day. A large Weber barbecue (charcoal) is available to our guests. * The 4-seater HOT TUB is of course reserved for your sole and exclusive use. It is maintained weekly by a professional company to guarantee you an impeccable bathing quality. Four deckchairs and an outdoor shower complete this relaxation area. * "Cherry on the cake" the house has private parking for one vehicle (rare and popular in Saint-Cyprien!). Parking for 6 other cars is accessible 50 m from the house.
