Private Double in the Lakes with free parking

Our house is located in the quiet town of Patterdale, a 2 min drive from Glenridding. We are surrounded by mountains and farms and only a short walk away to Ullswater Lake and the start of the trail leading to Mount Helvellyn. The house has 2 gardens, 1 private, with spectacular views. The bedroom is ensuite and uniquely decorated with furniture from Indonesia. Guests will sleep in a four poster bed. Finally, cereal and fresh coffee are provided to guests in the morning. @schoolhousepatterdale The space The property has 4 bedrooms in total, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is ensuite. Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom and kitchen is the dining room. AirBnB guests can use this room to have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast, however, is only provided for B&B guests. The kitchen cannot be used by guests to cook but the fridge may be used to store food items if they fit. The house has two gardens both open to guests. Guest access I will meet guests in person upon there arrival. Guests will receive a key to the front door. During your stay Guests can either send a message through the AirBnB app or contact my number which will be shared upon the guest's arrival.
