Holiday home on a farm

Welcome to this newly renovated and spacious holiday home in the countryside outside Öxabäck! Here you live in the countryside with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Nice hiking trails, walking paths and swimming and fishing lakes are located in the nearby area. Large patio at the back of the house with beautiful views of pastures and forest. Here you can relax in the countryside, while being close to both GeKås in Ullared (35 minutes), Borås (just under 60 minutes) and Gothenburg (just over 60 minutes). The space Here you live next to a farm with animals and crops. In the house, there is a spacious hall with space for clothes and shoes. Newly renovated bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Large bright bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and space for crib (foldable crib is in the house. Newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen. Large living room with glass section and exit to the balcony. There is a TV, sofa, armchairs, dining table and a fireplace. Firewood included. Office room/pass-through room with desk. Large bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes. Two smaller bedrooms with single beds. Outside, there is both a simpler patio on the front with morning sun, and a patio on the back with evening sun. Charcoal grill is available. On the farm, there are sheep, chickens, ducks, cows, as well as a dog and a cat. There is a possibility to buy eggs and other goods directly on the farm. Dogs are welcome in the accommodation but must always be kept on a leash outdoors. Tips for snow-shedding dogs! New Year's Eve is usually very quiet here with us, no fireworks are shot near the farm and the fireworks that are shot within the next few kilometers are limited to the stroke of midnight. If you are indoors with the TV on, New Year's Eve usually goes completely unnoticed by anxious dogs! Guest access The entire cabin is available to guests. Outside, the lawn around the house, balcony, carport and parking space can be used. Storage adjacent to the carport is private.
