East Nashville Home- Perfect location for downtown

Cozy and convenient 1930's home in the heart of East Nashville, just a short walk or shorter scooter ride to all the best hotspots for dining, drinking, and entertainment: 0.3 miles or less to The Pharmacy, Smith & Lentz Brewery, Dino's, Edley's, Basement East, and Butcher & Bee; 0.5 miles to Folk, and 5 Points including Red Door East, Rosemary, 3 Crow, and Duke's. Downtown Nashville and Broadway are a 5 minute ride away. Perfect for a group of up to 6-8 people for your next Nashville getaway. The space 2 bedroom and 2 bath home with plenty of couch space and air mattress space as well. This is my home and I rent it out when I travel, so some of my belongings will be in and around the house. **I DO HAVE A DOG NAMED ROSCOE.** Despite my best efforts at dog-hair management, PLEASE understand that there will be some dog hair around the house. And it will get on your clothes. Please only request to book if you are OK with this expectation! That being said, dogs and cats are welcome at your discretion! I just ask that you keep your furry creatures in a crate or kennel when/if you leave them unattended in the home. Laundry, WiFi, Xbox One with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube TV, also a Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart are all available to you. Also a desk, printer, outdoor gas fire pit on the back deck, wood fire pit in the backyard, charcoal grill, and cornhole/bag boards are here for your entertainment during your stay. Yes, that is my Mystery Machine van, and yes I am willing to leave the keys to a RESPONSIBLE driver as long as we have a discussion about it first and both feel comfortable with expectations.
