Beautiful tiny vintage house

A charming little house in the heart of Taurize village, carefully decorated and recently renovated in vintage style. You will have 3 bedrooms (equipped with 2 very comfortable double beds and a single bed), a beautiful open-plan kitchen, a small bathroom, a spacious and very pleasant living room and a small terrace. The village is located at the end of the road and nestled in the heart of nature: you will find many walks nearby and a lake for swimming. The space The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. You enter directly into the living room-kitchen, a large square room (30m²) with a kitchen area, a dining area and a sofa area. You will probably spend most of your time there. From the living room, you access a pantry (containing the refrigerator and a sideboard for food and kitchen utensils) which leads to the bathroom and the staircase to access the first floor. On the first floor, a small landing leads to the 3 bedrooms: a small bedroom with a single bed and a small writing table, a medium bedroom with a double bed and a desk and finally a large bedroom with a double bed. The large bedroom opens onto a small terrace with a table and two chairs. There is no garden attached to the house, but nature and many walks are just a few steps from... Finally, the car can be parked in the village nearby. Guest access You can use all the rooms in the house and access all the equipment, with a few exceptions. Please note that pets are unfortunately not accepted (with the obvious exception of service animals)... Other things to note You will find few small shops in Serviès-en-Val (2.5km from the house), as well as a doctor and a pharmacy. Lagrasse (14km away) is a magnificent small medieval village where you will find many restaurants and craft shops, a medieval abbey, the cultural center "Les arts de Lire" which organizes numerous literary events and the local tourist office. Carcassonne is 30km away. The beaches of Leucate (if you wish to see the sea) are 75km away (1h15 by car).
