This condominium is still new, so during working hours there may be noticeable noise from renovations. 3. Only 1 indoor parking space is free 4. If additional parking is required, a charge of RM25 per night will be applied (subject to availability). Please let us know in advance to reserve a spot." 4. Only 1 set of keys is provided. 5. The third room has no air conditioning, only a fan. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire unit throughout their stay, including 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms. Guests can also use the condominium facilities located on the 9th floor: - Swimming pool (swimwear required) - Gym - Children's playground - In addition, guests have direct access to 168 Park Mall located inside the building, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Parking Convenience: - 1 indoor parking space is provided free of charge. - Additional parking spaces may be used on the Ground Floor, Lane N1, subject to availability and provided free of charge. - Lane N1 is recommended because it is the closest to the Block C Elevator, thus making it easy to access the homestay unit. Other things to note For verification and security purposes, guests are kindly requested to provide a photo of their Identification Card (IC) or Driver’s License prior to check-in.
