The space Airbnb allows bookings for up to 16 guests; however, the villa can accommodate up to 21 guests. Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. The estate is dotted with beautiful details - a central water fountain that adds a touch of grandeur, a massive lawn made for parties and heartfelt reunions, and a pool with loungers and deck sit-outs that practically beg you to unwind. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. LAWN There is a 16000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 150-200 people at any given time. There is an open garden, fountain, turf and enough space for outdoor games. POOL There is a private plunge pool. The pool is 40ft x 20ft with a depth of 5.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment.
