Located in a quiet but central area, this place is perfect for those looking to rest and explore. 📍 Just a few minutes' walk from the Riaño Reservoir, you can enjoy breathtaking views, hiking trails, and magical sunsets. 🗻 We are just a 25-minute drive from the Picos de Europa National Park, one of the most spectacular natural enclaves in Spain, ideal for hiking, climbing, cycling, or simply breathing fresh air. 🌲 Also close to the Valle de Hormas, the Mirador de Valcayo, the most beautiful bench in León or the largest swing in Spain, and routes such as the mythological path of Carande or the walk to the Cueva de la Vieja once past the viaduct. 🛶 In summer, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, paddle surfing, or boat rides on the reservoir. The apartment is fully equipped, designed for both weekend getaways and longer stays. We look forward to seeing you in Riaño! 🏡 THE APARTMENT: It has 2 rooms: one with a 135 cm bed and another with a practical bunk bed, where the lower bed is 135 cm and the upper one is 90 cm. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room offers extra places to sleep comfortably. Enjoy the spacious, bright living/dining room with a 45" SMART TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a homemade dinner. THERE IS WIFI. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer for added comfort. And upon entering, you'll find a practical clothes rack to leave coats and bags. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. We look forward to seeing you! Guest access The building has an elevator and you can easily park in the area, as there is free street parking.
