Our cozy holiday apartment in beautiful Geisenheim can accommodate up to three adult guests or families with a child. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, which is located in a quiet residential area, and has a separate entrance via the common entrance area. Here you will find a pleasant, relaxed and peaceful atmosphere – ideal for a relaxing stay in the Rheingau. The space The apartment has: -bedroom with 1.40 m double bed - Living room with sofa bed and TV - fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 people and kitchenette incl. Fridge and freezer, dishwasher and SodaStream - Daylight bathroom with large floor-level shower - Entrance area with wardrobe, wall mirror and small home office area - vacuum cleaner - Wifi (glass fiber) - Key box (flexible check in/check out) Guest access The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and can be reached via three steps in front of the house entrance door. Therefore, please note that the property is unfortunately not fully accessible. Thanks to the key box, flexible check-in is possible around the clock – so you can arrive relaxed at any time, even late in the evening or at night. Other things to note There is no dedicated parking space for the accommodation. However, free public parking is available on the quiet side street in front of the house, and it is usually easy to find a space. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a parking space right in front of the property. Up to two bicycles can be parked in a small, sheltered, dry room next door. Please contact us, and we will prepare everything for you. Please note that there are no amenities for toddlers on site. An extra bed, travel cot, or high chair are not available at the accommodation and must be brought with you if needed. The train station is about an 8-minute walk (600 meters) from the property. Restaurants, bakeries, and shopping options such as LIDL (500 m) and Edeka (600 m) are also within walking distance. The center of Geisenheim is about 1 km (0.6 miles) away and can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes or by bicycle in 3–5 minutes.
