You will be staying in a guest house in a fenced area of 0.12 hectares with a unique landscape design and a large indoor private pool. A small terrace with a washbasin, where it is convenient to change after swimming in the pool. From the terrace there is an entrance to the hallway with a wardrobe for storing clothes and a hanger, from it there is an entrance to the extra bedroom (without windows) with a new double sofa bed. It's cool here and you can take a break from the heat and breathe by the salt lamp. On the left is the entrance to a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, where there is a large 2-chamber refrigerator, 2-burner electric stove, Microwave, electric kettle, blender, set of 7 stainless pots, 2 bowls, colander and grater, 4 teflon pans. A complete dinner set for 4 people, 4 glasses and cups, 5 cutlery sets and all the necessary utensils. French presses for tea and coffee. The cabinet has sugar, salt, pepper, sunflower oil, tea bags and instant coffee. From the kitchen there is an entrance to the bedroom with a double bed with a new orthopedic mattress, new cotton blankets and 3 down pillows. High-quality imported satin bed linen. From the bedroom there is an entrance to the bathroom with a large shower cabin and all hygienic accessories. The bedroom has a desk, bedside table, small cabinet and TV. We offer 2 extra blankets for evening outdoor relaxation. There are 2 winter blankets and 2 terry sheets. Next to the house there is a dining area with a large round table and chairs. There are 2 modern sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. There are terry sheets and beach towels, a hat, glasses and a pareo, an umbrella. In the recreation area there is a cocoon swing, a professional tennis table. A brazier for barbecue. Guest access A walk around the entire property. Unlimited use of a private large indoor clean pool (it is cleaned weekly by a specialist, who analyzes the water and adds the necessary disinfectants in doses). Large professional table tennis. Large brazier and skewers (guests bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid) Other things to note Dear guests, for safety reasons, we do not accept guests with children from 1 to 9 years old. And here's why: A) our pool is deep (1.5 m) and has no special fencing; B) the dining area near the house is located on an elevated platform (1 m) without a fence; C) there are several steps without handrails at the entrance to the house. For children, all this can be quite dangerous. We are very fond of animals (a young cocker spaniel and a Siberian cat live with us in the house). We agree, having agreed with us in advance, to receive guests with their beloved pets (only small breeds), and subject to their calm temper and obedience. The ad indicates an additional fee.
