Rhine, wine, Riesling - this trio makes the Rheingau unique. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Erbach, directly on the vineyards and in the middle of the Rheingau. Beautiful views of the vineyards and the Taunus Mountains in the background from the balcony. The Rhine, wineries and cultural attractions invite you to a variety of activities. The space The modern furnished apartment is on the second floor of our house. Guests have access to a hallway, spacious living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony on about 80 m². Another room is reserved for us landlords as a utility room and is not usable for guests. All rooms are on one level and accessible from the hallway. It's a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. Guest access Access to the apartment is via the general house entrance and a staircase. It is a self-contained apartment in a three-family house with its own apartment entrance. We as hosts also live in the house. Other things to note The city of Eltville charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night for all private guests. The tourism contribution is already included in the price and is paid by us. For this, every overnight guest will receive the Eltviller Guest Card from us starting in August. With this discount card, guests can benefit in many ways during their stay in Eltville. For example, admission to the Eberbach Monastery and the municipal swimming pool is reduced, participation in the Saturday city tour and admission to the museum in the castle tower is free of charge. For wine and champagne lovers, there is a free tasting bottle of MM champagne in the Ludwig von Kapff wine store upon presentation of the Eltville Guest Card, and numerous participating wineries waive the delivery fee when buying bottled wine.
