The space Welcome to our cozy 40 m² cottage with everything you need for a relaxing holiday on Öland! The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed – perfect for a family or friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook your own meals. The bathroom is fresh and includes a shower and toilet. Outside, there is a pleasant patio with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee or summer evenings. The patio and parts of the garden are shared with us, as we live on the property. We of course respect your privacy and are available if needed, but we do move around in the garden. The cottage is located in a quiet yet central area – within walking distance of a grocery store, beach, and the Öland Zoo. You are also close to restaurants, Kalmar, and everything Öland has to offer. 🧼 Cleaning is not included – guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. 🛏️ Please bring your own bed linen and towels – these are not included. ❌ Sleeping without sheets is not allowed for hygiene and comfort reasons. 🧹 Cleaning equipment is available in the cottage. EV charging is available if needed. Please let us know in advance if you wish to charge so we can prepare. Here you stay right by the bridge, making it easy to explore both Öland and the mainland. Within just a few minutes’ walk you’ll find Ölands Djurpark – a must-visit for families and animal lovers. If you love the beach, it’s only about 1 km to Möllstorps Camping or the cozy Snäckstrand, both offering lovely swimming beaches. You’ll also find a local grocery store just 500 meters away, perfect for quick errands. From Färjestaden, it’s easy to reach Kalmar, known for its rich cultural offerings and charming city center, or continue further across Öland to enjoy nature, hiking trails, golf courses, and picturesque villages.
