Laird House

This unique house is in a beautiful location, surrounded by breath-taking views. Created from the renovation of the old farm dairy, Laird House retains much of its original character yet incorporates all the advantages of modern living. Laird House is on a working farm, is all on one level and comprises of two large bedrooms. A wood burning stove allows for cosy nights and under floor heating creates instant warmth. Feel relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. The space Light and airy converted farm dairy with all modern amenities set on a working beef and sheep farm. Open plan living with a fully fitted kitchen, living area with wood burning stove and sun lounge/games room. The super king size bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and hand held shower unit. The family bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with an adjacent toilet and shower room. Heating and hot water come from an on farm biomass boiler with unlimited use and our toilets are connected to a natural reed bed system. Guest access Laird House has a private, enclosed, mature garden with parking for 2 cars and and an EV charging point. There are steps up to the front door and a wheelchair ramp access to the sun room door. The patio is fully furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. A charcoal barbeque is also provided.
