The interior of the house was recently renovated. Everything in the property is brand new. Walk to the end of the street to the beautiful broad water. Our property is on 820 square metres and is fully fenced. Guest access There is a keypad access on the front gate and front door. This newly renovated house is on 820 sq metres of fully fenced lawn. Down the end of the street is a children’s playground, bbq’s, basketball and a boat ramp. The neighbourhood is a quiet coastal pocket with beautiful walks and amenities close by, a hidden piece of Gold Coast paradise. Other things to note Whilst we do like to have good time, this is definitely not a party house. Our house is ideally suited for families, corporates, singles or couples. We have a strict “no party” policy as per Airbnb guidelines so if you plan on having a party at our property please scroll past to another listing:-) Please keep noise levels to a minimum, as we are in a residential neighbourhood . We are situated in a quiet suburban street and we always like to be respectful of our neighbours especially between 8pm-7am.
