Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night. → Parties and evenings are not allowed, even in small groups. This is for peaceful use only. → 1 pet can be allowed (upon request, fee €25). → Please do not move the furniture, either in the rooms or in the common areas. → The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, in good condition upon checkout.
