Two bedrooms for two people each and a living room with space for up to three more guests offer plenty of room for larger families. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a solid wood dining table—perfect for shared meals. In summer, you can relax at the large table under the shaded terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Pagasetic Gulf and the sunset. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature—cool in summer, warm in winter. The absolute highlight is the majestic view of the island of Euboea, Trikeri, the Pagasetic Gulf, and the coastal villages of Milina and Chorto. Other things to note The house is located at the end of a narrow access road. Access is only possible with vehicles up to 2 meters wide. You are welcome to park your car for free at the village parking area, about 250 meters away. The booking fees include the climate tax of: €15 per night from October to April and €4 per night from November to March. The accommodation is registered as a short-term rental.
