One large bedroom with sliding doors to the view, and a cozy library TV retreat. A well appointed open plan kitchen with granite island. Plumbed fridge with filtered water and automatic ice maker. Kitchen supplies: Tea. coffee, milk, breakfast cereal, cooking oil, salt and pepper. A spacious living entertainment space with a large comfy couch. Polished concrete floors, woodburner and large windows to the view. Fully insulated to an above required rating. Bathroom ensuite has a tiled shower with a tub bath to soak in the views. You will be pleasantly surprised... A pull out bed can be provided for an extra guest and set up in the TV library room if requested. Property not set up well for children. Guest access The house hides behind a large stone wall, with plenty of parking space and turning in the driveway. Enough parking for a camper van too. You have the house to yourself with a private outdoor space. Other things to note Well behaved dogs allowed, but not fully fenced. There is a private self contained studio above the house with a separate access which is part of the property. This is occasionally occupied by family. This will not affect your enjoyment of the house and is not in view.
