It has two queen-size beds, a private bathroom with hot water, an equipped kitchen, a desk perfect for working or studying, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. The accommodation is a private studio equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi ideal for working remotely, a smart TV (you just have to log in to your own streaming accounts), and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare homemade food during your stay. Access to the accommodation is independent by means of a digital lock with a keypad. A few hours before your arrival, we will send you the access code so that you can enter conveniently and safely. Our location is central, so you will have supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby to make your stay comfortable and convenient. In addition, thanks to the building's location, you will have easy access to local transportation right on the street, making it easy to get to the airport, Isla de Flores, and other points of interest in the area. You will also find other studios in the building, so you may encounter some guests in the corridors and common areas during your stay. Access to the second floor is only by stairs. Parking is public, and you can use any of the spaces available upon your arrival. The spaces are identified, illuminated, and have surveillance cameras for added peace of mind. We are also environmentally friendly, so we appreciate turning off the A/C when you are not inside the accommodation. For guests with monthly stays, the total cost of electricity will be the responsibility of the guest. Guest access To ensure the rest and comfort of all guests, quiet hours inside the building are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
