With a view of the lake

We are young people, full of positive energy and smiles. We found a wonderful corner of the earth and decided to share it with you. In Warmia and Mazury, near Iława, in the charming picturesque village of Dół, where silence is intertwined with the sounds of the hum of undulating water and moving tree branches, the fluttering of the wings of wild geese and herons and the singing of other birds, there is a place worth visiting. That is why the "With a view of the lake" cottages were created. The space Our offer is addressed to people who like the proximity of nature. Every angler, mushroom picker, canoeing enthusiast, hiking and cycling enthusiast, as well as anyone who simply wants to sit on the terrace with a cup of warm coffee and admire the view, will feel that this place is made for them. On the plot there are two newly built year-round cottages – raspberry and mint. Each of them has 64 m2 of interior space and a 20 m2 terrace. On the ground floor there is a functional living room with a kitchenette and dining area, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. An additional place to sleep can be a comfortable sofa located in the living room. When planning every detail, we combined modern and romantic styles, choosing accessories according to the main color of the cottage. Outside each building there is a large wooden terrace and a garden. The view from the terrace windows is on the lake, and on the other side on the orchard. The entire area is fenced and closed (entrance with a code, exit after pressing the button located on the terrace), which will give comfort especially to families with children, but also to those who value privacy and a sense of security. The rental price also includes the use of 4 double kayaks. GROUND FLOOR: - living room (comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV), - kitchenette (sink, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and all necessary dishes, kitchen utensils and spices), - dining area (large table + eight chairs), - bathroom (large shower, toilet, sink, cabinet, hair dryer, soap dispenser, toilet paper), - 20 m2 terrace with a seating set (table + eight chairs, grill). FIRST FLOOR: - master bedroom: double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, - second bedroom: 2 double beds (in the mint house) or 2 single beds and a double sofa bed - after unfolding the mattress as on a 140x200 bed (in the raspberry house) and a large dresser. In addition, the additional advantages include: - bed linen and towels included, - safety gates on the stairs, contact protection, rounded table edges, etc., - safe stool (helps, for example, to comfortably remove something from the upper shelves in the kitchen), - air conditioning, - central heating with the possibility of setting the temperature on the controller, - underfloor heating on the ground floor (heated floor under the shower) and radiators in the bedrooms, - touch, gently illuminated at night light switches, - blinds and mosquito nets, - fenced, enclosed and monitored area, - external tap, - parking on the premises, - Wi-Fi, - free use of kayaks, - a fire pit, - a large lake shore with a gentle descent to the water (a grass-covered municipal beach located on the other side of the dirt road), - the possibility of staying with a dog or cat (after prior agreement and for an additional fee of PLN 100 for the entire stay). Upon request, we can provide: - a travel cot, - a bathtub with a rack, - a high chair. Guest access At the disposal of the guests is a cottage that they will rent, a large terrace that is part of the cottage, the entire area fenced in front of the cottages and a fenced area by the lake (on the other side of the road), where there are benches, tables and a place for a bonfire.
