The Cart Shed

This accomodation is set within the property of a young family home in a small quiet village of Hainford. Facilities include kitchenette with utensils, small fridge/freezer, oven and a two ring hob, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee and milk on arrival. There is a lounge, separate bedroom with double bed and dressing table, leading through to a washroom with shower facilities (toiletries not provided). No EV charge. The space The Cart Shed is a separate dwelling and provides privacy, but next to owners house. We DO NOT tolerate any antisocial behaviour through drink/drugs and have strict quiet times in place, between the hours of 10pm through to 7am, in respect of neighbours and our young children. Such behaviour will be reported immediately through Airbnb and Police. This is strictly and no smoking/vaping property and grounds. Guest access Information will be shared close to arrival date on how to enter the property. There is designated parking for guests, and is shared with the owners drive. Parking is at owners risks. Security cameras overlook entrance and the driveway. Please note that access to the property is via an external flight of stairs, as per pictures. Please use with caution at your own risk Other things to note Should we not be notified of a late check out (after 11am) request upon booking, a fee of £45 will be charged for the first hour. Any later than this, we will charge and additional charge of half of your nightly cost due inconvenience of cleaning and turning the property around.
