Situated next to the charming Fox & Badger pub, surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside but just 15 minutes from the centre of Bath, the cottage is well placed for exploring. Beautifully decorated and well equipped for blissful summer days or cosy winter evenings you are guaranteed to have a special stay. Vo The space Step down into this beautiful Georgian cottage, originally a village shop, and you’ll find a stylish and welcoming sitting room with original beams, comfortable seating and a Smart TV, overlooking a pretty private patio — the perfect spot to relax with a drink and a good book. The sitting room leads into the beautifully renovated kitchen/breakfast room, where the original shop has been thoughtfully transformed into a bright, modern space. Fully equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso machine and everything you’ll need for your stay. There’s also a dining table for four and a convenient WC. Upstairs, the cottage offers three characterful bedrooms: a double bedroom, a king bedroom and a spacious attic master bedroom with a king bed, private sink area and lovely village views. A stylish bathroom with a Victorian walk-in shower completes the accommodation. The Fox & Badger pub is right next door, while the village shop, playing field, children’s play area, tennis courts and beautiful countryside walks are all close by. With its mix of original character and modern comforts, Moss Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring Wellow and Bath. Guest access Private entrance and guests have access to the entire cottage during their stay. Other things to note Please note that due to the number of stairs in the cottage that it is not suitable for people with mobility problems, or children or infants under 2 years. We love dogs and are happy to accommodate 1 small, well behaved dog. We do charge an additional pet fee of £35.
