Escape to Millers Cottage, a beautifully refreshed, characterful cottage in the peaceful Cornish village of Bolingey, within walking distance of Perranporth and its beautiful sandy beach. Whether you're planning an autumn walking break, a cosy winter escape with your dog or a few peaceful days by the sea, Millers Cottage is the perfect place to slow down, unwind and enjoy a little Cornish charm. The space Welcome to Millers Cottage! Millers Cottage is part of the former Melingey Mill, a charming little property that I’ve recently refreshed, bringing back some of its original character. I hope you’ll love the cosy touches and enjoy making yourself at home. Step inside to an inviting, open-plan ground floor, where you’ll find a welcoming wood burner, a comfortable chaise sofa, Smart TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Upstairs, there are two light and airy bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a small double bed (4ft), ideal for one adult or teenager. The bathroom is also upstairs and is equipped with an electric shower, washbasin and WC. Your four-legged friend is welcome too! We haven’t forgotten our furry guests. A large dog bed, water and food bowls are available for you to use if needed. To help us keep the cottage comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that your pet remains downstairs and kept off the furniture. There is parking for one car directly in front of the cottage. To the side, you’ll find a small gravelled outdoor area enclosed by a low fence and gate. For a little outdoor relaxation, a table and two chairs are stored securely at the back of the property, ready for you to enjoy. There’s also a hose available for washing muddy paws after your adventures. A note for families. For safety reasons, Millers Cottage is not suitable for babies and young children. The upstairs windows open fully, and there is a wood burner on the ground floor, so extra care would be needed around these features.
