Situated in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside is this spacious private bungalow. Located on our traditional, mixed working family farm which is home to rare breed British White Cattle and Royal Golden Guernsey Goats! The farm and surrounding countryside is criss - crossed with public footpaths and bridle ways making it the ideal rural retreat for those seeking nature, wildlife and walks! Tucked away in the countryside yet near to major roads such as A14, M1, M6. The space Offering a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso Original coffee machine, complementary selection of pods, dishwasher, microwave, utility room, sitting room with Television, books and also super fast broadband WiFi. A complimentary basket of logs for log burner. Guests will need a car as there is no public transport passing the property. The village has no shop however the nearby market town of Market Harborough offers a wide array of shops, restaurants and places of interest. An award winning local pub The Tollemarche Arms in Harrington is only a 7 minute drive away, alternatively all of the surrounding villages have pubs serving food. Lamport Hall, just a 30 minute walk along the bridle path (located just outside the front door!) hosts a wonderful cafe and gardens. The pretty village is also home to the Lamport Swan pub. We are surrounded by various places of interest such as Kelmarsh Hall, Brampton Valley Way, Naseby Battle Site, Althorpe Estate and beautiful rolling countryside. Guest access The entire bungalow with private, enclosed garden is available to guests. Off road parking is situated next to the property. Secure space for bike storage can be made available if required. Other things to note Please be aware that the bungalow is situated just off a B road at the entrance to the farm. At certain times of the day the traffic can be heard.
