It is surrounded by nature and offers a beautiful view of the valley. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and access to a large terrace with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and a private pool with sun loungers. On the first floor there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe, the other with a bunk bed (140x200 cm below, 90x200 cm above) and additional storage space. A special feature of the villa is the atrium above the living room with a jacuzzi and a sun lounger for relaxation, where the view of the pool and nature spreads out. Ideal for romantic evenings or a mid-day retreat. The villa also has a free covered parking space. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Arrival is independent via keybox. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the pool, jacuzzi, terrace, kitchen, all indoor and outdoor spaces, and parking. There is no need to share anything with others - complete privacy is guaranteed. Other things to note The tourist tax is already included in the accommodation price. A final cleaning fee is not included in the price and is charged separately. Pets are allowed upon prior request and for an additional fee. The swimming pool is available to guests during the season, from May 25th to October 15th (weather permitting).
