Dining space has an extendable table which seats 4 with 4 stools. Sliding doors lead outside. PATIO AREA Accessed from the living space, there is a patio area with 4 seater dining set which backs on to the owner’s garden. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM Double bed with medium/firm mattress and hypoallergenic bedding and 800 thread count sheets. Window faces out to the rear garden/patio area. Roller blind on window. BATHROOM Tiled bathroom with black fittings and towel rail. DOWNSTAIRS CUPBOARD Space for storage of luggage & golf clubs. Fire extinguisher and some cleaning supplies also within the cupboard. External window is etched to provide privacy from neighbouring property. Roller blind on external window. There is no curtain or blind on the mezzanine window but eye masks are provided for darkness. UPSTAIRS CUPBOARD Houses the boiler and where thermostat is located. AREA Aberlady is a beautiful coastal village in East Lothian situated between Longniddry and Gullane. There is a local shop, two pubs, two golf clubs and a farm shop within walking distance from the accommodation. The nearest train station is Longniddry (5min drive) servicing travel between Edinburgh and North Berwick. The 124 and x5 (express) buses have regular buses between Edinburgh and North Berwick. Located on Scotland’s Golf Coast with the following courses nearby - Kilspindie - Craigielaw - Longniddry - Luffness - Gullane - Muirfield - Archerfield - Renaissance - North Berwick West Links - The Glen The Scottish Ornithologists’ Club visitor centre located within Aberlady and the Aberlady Nature Reserve is a 15min walk from the accommodation. There are beautiful coastal and woodland walks nearby. Guest access All parts of the accommodation are available for use by guests. The outside seating area backs directly on to the owner’s garden.
