Views span the Dora Riparia south-east and the Cottian Alps north. Single-lane Strada Baroni reaches Bussoleno station in 10 min; trail 506 starts at the gate and climbs to the high pastures of Orsiera-Rocciavrè Park. The space 1700s stone house, 40 m² with a separate bedroom and an open-plan kitchen/living room in American style—modern appliances, counters of local stone, walnut accents. Live three centuries of mountain history without sacrificing comfort, breathing the clear air and timeless calm of a centuries-old Italian hamlet. Guest access You have access to all parts of the house, including the lovely gazebo just in front of the stairs—perfect for a romantic, relaxed dinner or a sunny lunch! Other things to note Please do not throw paper in the toilet. Waste sorting is under the sink. The water is drinkable. Before leaving, remember to throw away any organic leftovers (salad, fruit, etc.). Stone and wooden surfaces are delicate: clean any spills of oil, wine, coffee, or water immediately. The oven works, but do not shower while it’s on. Hot water is always available, but if you are many people, wait a few minutes between showers. There’s a low corner on the kitchen counter that could be dangerous for children—please be careful. The wood stove is decorative only: please do not light any fires. Feel at home and enjoy your stay!
