The new Magnolia apartment is part of our Green Apartments property in Vimercate. Located in a villa with a private garden, free parking, and self check-in, just 10 minutes from Monza, it is ideal for families, couples, and business travelers. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Vimercate. The location is strategic and well connected to the main attractions in the area: Orio al Serio Airport, Monza Circuit, Leolandia, Le Cornelle, and Vimercate Hospital. The space Located on the mezzanine floor, the apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two comfortable single beds. Both rooms are tastefully furnished in a modern style, with memory foam mattresses and high-quality linens. A baby crib is available upon request. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout curtains. The apartment has a private bathroom with two sinks, a bidet, toilet, shower, and washing machine. It is fully stocked with everything guests may need during their stay, including soap, shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave, designed to offer maximum comfort for those who wish to dine at home. You’ll find pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery — just like at home. Additionally, the kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. As a welcome, we offer our guests coffee, cappuccino, and hot chocolate pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and can enjoy the large shared garden surrounding the villa. Free parking is included inside the property. A covered parking spot is also available upon request, for a small extra charge.
