The house features two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests. The living room is bright and airy, equipped with air conditioning and a high-speed TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Ideal for families, this homestay provides both comfort and convenience, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. NO BUGS, MOSQUITOS in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitos outside the gardens and surrounding green areas or cockroaches flying (they are especially attracted by the light). They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don’t forget to CLOSE the doors/windows carefully when you use the laundry room, go out balcony, or go out to prevent mosquitos from coming into the bedrooms. BUG REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet but it never hurts to bring your own. The mosquitoes really do not get that bad but their presence increases after a hard rain, especially in the rainy season and the twilight hours. You should also clean up after yourself with the food you bring into the house. Make sure that you don’t bring them into your bedrooms. We do not expect to see ants here, right? 4. NO SPICES available in the kitchen for its cleanliness. If you plan on cooking please kindly buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up after yourself. 5. WATER PRESSURE: is very strong which results in mixing hot water and cold water unsteadily because of the water pumper or else the water pressure will be too weak to take a shower. The house is located on a quiet street with the house on the right being a local house, on the left is an apartment for rent, and in front is a large hotel being completed with a guard 24/7.
