Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our beautiful hut boasts stunning views and amazing night skies! Listen to the birdsong, sit & admire the country side, or walk or cycle the many routes on our doorstep. Little Oaks Shepherd hut has everything you need for a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of life. Located close to the historic town of Market Bosworth steeped in its rich history and fabulous places to eat & drink. You will never want to leave this little gem! The space Little oaks has everything you need, from a comfy double bed to ensuite shower room. Cozy log burner & oil filled radiator for chilly nights. Beautiful bedding and throws and towels all included. The kitchen area has a traditional butler sink, and all crockery and utensils, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar etc provided. A welcome pack will also be provided to include a pint of milk, bread, butter and jam & marmalade. It has a mini fridge and a two ring gas hob, small Air Fryer and a toaster. A breakfaster hamper or BBQ pack can be provided with advance notice. We can also provide a beautiful bouquet of flowers or any other requests you may have, again with advance notice. We have a large 60L outdoor fridge/freezer to easily accommodate all your food/drinks, so that you are not limited to the mini fridge inside the Hut, if you want to bring more provisions! There are some fabulous outdoor games including a full size ping pong table, swing ball & tennis rackets if you are feeling lively! Free secure parking also provided. Little Oaks also has mobile phone USB charging points, a smart TV, and WIFI but we highly recommend you turn it off and enjoy the scenic and calming countryside! You can enjoy your own outside seating area with BBQ, Fire pit and Pizza oven. we also have lovely lighting for you to cook your evening meal al fresco, but if you want to enjoy the stunning night sky with your favorite tipple turn the lights off and enjoy natures very own twinkling lights! Guest access Access to Little Oaks shepherd hut is via the main automatic gate from the public lane, clearly signed Twin Oaks Farm. {Instructions on how to access the automatic gate will be provided after booking confirmed.} Little Oaks shepherd hut is then located to the left of the drive way, through a pedestrian gate into its own secure paddock. Parking is in a designated secure area just further down the drive, all on clean hardstanding and signposted. For a more accurate way to find us we highly recommend using "what3words" as some Sat Navs will insist on sending you to the little hamlet of Atterton, when in fact you need to be on the Upton side of the A444. Other things to note If extra accommodation is required then Tents can be accommodated for by prior arrangement. (well behaved dogs are also welcome for TENT options, but please be aware we are a working farm with livestock and must be kept under control at all times.) No pets other than assistance dogs are usually allowed in the shepherd hut, please contact Leanne to discuss. Horses can be also be accommodated by prior arrangement, either stable and grazing or individual turnout with room to park your trailer or lorry. We are conveniently located close to Newbold Verdon Equestrian Centre, and Weston Lawns, Onley Grounds and a field away from Atherstone and District Riding Club! There are also lovely places to ride close by including The Bosworth Battlefield Site. We have lots of lovely places to eat including a wonderful Tea Room and Cheese shop a short walk away in our beautiful village of Upton. A short drive away we have lots of fabulous eateries such as San Giovanni`s Italian Restaurant The Millers (walkable) The Royal Redgate The Black Horse Softleys to name but a few! Little Oaks is also conveniently located close to a myriad of local attraction such as: Market Bosworth market town, with lots of boutique shops and eateries, farmers market and festivals and yearly events.
