Article 1 – Check-in and Check-out Times. Just as a reminder, check-in for the property is after 6:30 p.m. and check-out is by 11:30 a.m. If you'd like to check in early or need more time to arrange everything before you leave, contact us to see if we can help. Article 2 – Parking Parking is available along the property. Article 3 – Noise and party levels Don't forget we have neighbors! We therefore ask that you be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Out of respect for the neighbors and our property, we also ask that you do not organize parties or large gatherings. Article 4 – Occupancy The maximum occupancy of this listing is 4 people. Keep in mind that only the number of guests you indicated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight in the property. If you would like to invite other visitors during the day, please let us know in advance. Article 5 – Pets We can't accept our friends the animals. Article 6 - Cleanliness Don't worry about stripping the beds before you leave, we'll take care of that. We just ask that you keep the space in order during your stay and clean any dirty dishes that may be in the sink! We process waste sorting and recycling. There are labeled garbage cans for you. Article 7 – Smoking Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the property, even if the windows are open. If you do not comply with this rule, you may be charged a cleaning fee (potentially taken from your security deposit). However, we allow guests to smoke outside. An ashtray is available on the balcony of the accommodation.
