The generous interior features a comfortable sleeping area with premium bedding and quality linens, spacious en-suite bathroom with modern shower facilities, fully equipped kitchenette including hob, fridge, cooking essentials, and dining area for intimate meals. Guest access PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION Guests have complete private access to the entire Clova shepherd hut including all interior spaces, sleeping area, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, seating area, and your own private outdoor seating area with panoramic countryside views. SHARED FACILITIES You'll have full access to all shared park facilities including Sinclair's Kitchen restaurant offering award-winning Scottish cuisine, on-site laundry facilities for longer stays, beautifully maintained scenic walking paths throughout the landscaped grounds, and ample free parking directly on the premises. TRANSPORT & CONNECTIVITY Public transport stops right at our door with regular bus services connecting to Forfar and surrounding areas. Local taxis are readily available for convenient journeys to attractions, restaurants, or shopping. For a unique and scenic experience, Chester's Walk provides a beautiful pedestrian route that goes directly from our site into Forfar town centre, perfect for exploring local shops, traditional pubs, restaurants, and historic attractions on foot without needing transport. NATURE & OUTDOOR ACCESS The beautiful countryside setting provides direct access to the extensive Forfar Path Network for extended countryside adventures, hiking, and cycling. Other things to note ADULT-ONLY POLICY This is an adult-only property (18+ years) ensuring peaceful, quiet surroundings perfect for romantic getaways and relaxation. PET-FRIENDLY WELCOME Well-behaved pets are completely welcome at no additional charge - we simply ask that they're supervised and waste is cleaned up promptly. ON-SITE DINING Sinclair's Kitchen offers exceptional Scottish cuisine with weekly specialties: Steak Night Thursdays, Burger Night Fridays, and traditional Sunday Roast. All ingredients are locally sourced including Aberdeen Angus beef and vegetables from our own garden. CHECK-IN & HOUSE RULES Check-in is 3:00-8:00 PM, checkout 11:00 AM. Self-check-in available. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM to ensure all guests can enjoy peaceful countryside tranquility. No smoking anywhere on property, no parties or events. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS The area offers incredible seasonal experiences from spring wildflowers to autumn colors, with special events like Glamis Proms in August. Historic Glamis Castle (childhood home of the Queen Mother) is just minutes away, along with Arbroath Abbey and the stunning Angus Glens.
