Your own little home near Würzburg: warm wood, plenty of natural light and a private terrace. You can stay with up to four guests in approx. 32 m² plus an open sleeping loft. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, two air conditioners, Wi-Fi and your own bathroom with a washing machine. You can park right by the house for free. Especially nice for a getaway for two – and convenient if you're in the area for work. The space Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning, explore Würzburg during the day, and unwind on your own terrace in the evening: Our tiny house in Eisingen offers you a home away from home with its own character. The warm wood design, large windows and a well-thought-out layout create a pleasant feeling of living in around 32 m². In addition, there is an open loft bedroom of about 8 m² and a terrace of about 10 m². LIVING AND ENJOYING In the living area, you will find a sofa, a dining area and direct access to the terrace. Whether it's a shared dinner, a movie night or a break between work appointments – here you can organize your stay according to your own schedule. SLEEPING The separate bedroom has a 140 × 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a smart TV, and air conditioning. There is another mattress measuring 140 × 200 cm on the open loft. You reach it via a compact staircase. It is an additional sleeping area and not a separate second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. Maximum occupancy is four guests in total. COOKING The kitchen offers you a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven/microwave combination, and a large fridge. This way, you can also comfortably cook for yourself during a longer stay. COMFORT IN DAILY LIFE Underfloor heating and two air conditioning systems with heating and cooling functions ensure pleasant temperatures. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. WiFi, a workstation, two smart TVs, as well as insect screens and blackout options round out the amenities. Your free parking space is right by the house. The tiny house is particularly suitable for couples and solo travelers who want to stay in a place of their own. Up to four guests can also stay here if the compact layout and open loft bed suit their needs. Guest access The entire tiny house and its terrace are available for your exclusive use. You enter the house through your own entrance. Free parking is available right at the property. During your stay, you can come and go independently. The check-in times specified in the listing apply for your arrival. Other things to note 🌿 A house with heart and responsibility This tiny house is much more than just a place to stay for me – it is a project of the heart. Planned with a lot of love for detail and furnished to a high standard, it is in a new, enchanting condition, which I would like to preserve for every guest. I am happy to have guests who treat this special place with the same appreciation and mindfulness with which it was created – so that the next visitors can also experience this feeling of peace, quality and security. I am particularly proud of the sustainable character of this house: ☀️ All electricity is generated via its own photovoltaic system – clean, quiet and independent. 🌱 The insulation consists of natural wood wool, which in combination with high-quality, energy-efficient windows ensures an excellent indoor climate and minimal energy consumption – in summer as well as in winter. This house stands for a conscious, modern lifestyle – reduced to the essentials, but without sacrificing comfort or style.
