Apartment with charm and dream view

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish penthouse. We built our house at the foot of the "Nollen" in 2006, together with the family in three years. In the attic, the cozy apartment is located on 2 levels. In Hosenruck, there is a bakery with a restaurant and on our local mountain, the "Nollen" there is a restaurant/hotel. There is a shop one kilometer away with, among other things, fresh local produce. The space The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via an external staircase. The entrance area also contains the bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. The towels, which are included in the price, are also available here. A few steps lead to the open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. There are 2 separate bedrooms from here. In one there is a double bed with a large wardrobe, and in the second room 2-4 beds (each 80 cm) are possible. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided: from fondue dishes to the raclette oven and the barbecue area. There is an ironing board in the bedroom with the wardrobe. The iron, a first aid emergency kit and sewing utensils are also in the wardrobe. A central vacuum cleaner is located behind the kitchen in the small storage room. The connection box is by the staircase, to the right of the bedroom door. A Nespresso coffee machine for capsules is available. Guest access The apartment has a balcony with a fantastic view. The large terrace at the entrance and the barbecue area in the garden are also used by the owners. Other things to note Hosenruck can be reached by public transport. From Wil, (15 minutes) or from Weinfelden (35 minutes) a bus leaves the train station every hour. The stop in Hosenruck is 50 meters from the house. From Constance it is 25 km by car. Mountains: Appenzell, Urnäsch, the Alpstein area, the Säntis (2502 m above sea level) and the Churfirsten are 60 minutes away by car. Water: Lake Constance in 30 minutes, Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen or the Rhine Falls within 60 minutes. Cities and culture: Winterthur, Galerie Reinhart, Technorama, Fotomuseum, Goldenberg 40 minutes. Wil, Bischofszell, St.Gallen with its Abbey Library between 15 and 45 minutes. Amusement park: Conny Land Lipperswil 30 minutes Lieni Park Gundetswil:/Wiesendangen: wakeboard, sports and culinary delights Winterthur: Skills Park and Wonderland, 50 minutes Especially sweet and informative: Chocolarium / chocolate from Munz & Minor Swimming: Abtwil - Säntispark, swimming pool and water park 30 minutes Indoor pool: Wil or Weinfelden 15 minutes.
