The space This 45 m² accommodation located near our home has two comfortable bedrooms, with in addition a sofa convertible into a 120 cm wide bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a terrace-balcony with a view of the surrounding nature. Enjoy a large garden with orchard and vegetable garden. The private courtyard allows you to park your vehicle safely, with covered parking on private land. Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the immediate proximity of the Rocade Verte bike route, just 300 meters away, ideal for cyclists, walkers and pilgrims. Val d'Auron Lake is also nearby, as well as hiking, biking and mountain biking trails. For your comfort, shops are a 5-minute drive away and a bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get to downtown Bourges and the ring road. Buses are free in the urban area.
