You will have exclusive access to the first floor of the house (about 100 m²), which includes: - A bright 42 m² living area with a cozy lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, small appliances) - Three 13 m² bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed - One bathroom with a shower, towel warmer, and storage - One separate toilet for added convenience - A 10 m² office/relaxation room—perfect for working remotely, yoga, reading, or playing games like Skyjo - A wrap-around balcony connected to the living area 🌡️ Comfort Located in Eastern France, the house offers efficient heating and double-glazed windows for year-round comfort.
