In the heart of Presicce-Acquarica, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, there is a cozy, independent vacation home, perfect for couples and families who want to discover the most authentic Salento in both summer and winter. A stay dedicated to tradition, relaxation and typical local flavors. Our vacation home welcomes you to an environment with meticulous attention to detail, where Salento hospitality will make you feel right at home. The space The house is divided into 3 rooms: - a spacious bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed, two illuminated niches used as built-in closets, a handcrafted piece of furniture with two painted and polished farmhouse ladders with two shelves for clothes and various objects. In addition, there is a fireplace covered entirely with refined and polished Lecce stone. - An entrance hallway with a closet hangers clothes and drawers to put small items. - A bathroom entirely covered with a shapeable plaster, all resinated, washable, and anti-wet. - A masonry kitchen, built with Lecce carparo, with oven, stove, sink, refrigerator, all stocked with pots, cutlery, glasses, mocha and cups for coffee, ladles and dishes. There is also a TV. - A small laundry room with a washing machine. - An outdoor space to enjoy the evening breeze and the silence typical of the area. Guest access The house is accessed from an external gate, ivory in color, with the silhouette of the Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo, the Mother Church of Presicce, which is 50 meters from the house, drawn on both doors. Beyond the gate, there is a common courtyard with another apartment, also managed by me, the owner, used for vacations like this one.
