Bedroom with independent entrance

Please read the entire listing.... Bedroom in a house at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area and very close to amenities, with a private entrance, bathroom with toilet and private living room, TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator. It is possible to rent two other bedrooms, but the bathroom would be shared. I would like to reiterate that this is a bedroom with a living room, not a cottage. Linens and towels are provided.
