Welcome to our country house, ideal to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquility of the natural environment. Surrounded by green landscapes, it combines rustic style with nature, creating the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends. The house has: WiFi, Cable TV, Netflix, A/C, fans, water heater, stove, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, air fryer and water dispenser. We are Pet Friendly 🐶 The space The house has 2 levels, on the upper floor there are (3) bedrooms (7 beds) and (1) full bathroom and on the ground floor (2) bedrooms (3 beds) and (1) full bathroom. In the pool area we maintain (1) full outdoor bathroom and an outdoor shower. The terrace located on the upper level has a pool table, foosball, and a bar area. It's important to bring towels, toiletries, mosquito repellent, and the food and items needed to prepare your food Guest access The colony is a gated complex with 24-hour security; it has (2) social areas with a swimming pool that are also available for use, as well as tennis and basketball courts. Other things to note Our house is strategically located 1hr from Panama City, via Punta Chame, near Playa Caracol and Cerro Chame, so you can take advantage of the visit and enjoy its surroundings!. Located in a gated residential development that provides 24-hour security. It has two club houses that include swimming pools, sports courts, picnic areas, green areas and recreational spaces for children. In addition, it has its own water tank, which ensures a constant supply for all residents . Offers easy access to various locations: • 7 minutes to Coronado Beaches and its shopping malls, banks and restaurants • 20 minutes from the beaches of Punta Chame, ideal for weekend getaways • 15 minutes from the Sorá Mountains and 20 minutes from the Rio Hato International Airport. Check for special rates for stays longer than 1 month. We have estimated a weekly electricity consumption of up to 125 kWh. Any consumption above this limit will be additionally billed at a rate of $0.25 per kWh. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning of the residence will be provided, at an additional cost of $50.
