Along the full length of the landing on the upper floor are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single with a family bathroom. Additionally the home is fully equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, central heating, There is a lawned area to the side of the house. To the rear is a wooded garden with mature trees. The back garden gate leads onto the woodlands - a local nature reserve. There is free on road parking for guests. The driveway is currently for sole use of the Neighbours. Guests will have full access to the house and private garden. Location The house is located on the edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons National Park) Within a ten minute drive is the market town of Abergavenny – home to the annual Food Festival held each September. Crickhowell with its independent shops, restaurants and pubs is also a ten minute drive. The Green Man Festival is held nearby each August. For those who wish to explore further afield the historic town of Hereford with its Medieval Cathedral, home of the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library is 40 mins away. The English – Welsh border has numerous castles. The Monmouthshire Three castles – Grosmont, Skenfirth and White Castle are within a 30 mins drive. The surrounding area is dotted with many early industrial sites. A major attraction is “Big Pit National Coal Museum” – a real mine with underground tours. The nearest train station is in Ebbw Vale with half hourly trains to Cardiff. Additional Train stations are located in Abergavenny and Merthyr Tydfil. The National cycle and walking routes pass within a short distance to the property, which includes The Heads of the Valleys – Route 46. With links to Routes 492 and 465.`
