Chic and cozy house, perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The space Welcome to a family home with chic decor, designed to combine comfort, style and conviviality. There are 4 bedrooms distributed as follows: • 3 bedrooms with double beds (including two 160 cm queen size beds) • 1 bedroom with a single child's bed • Possibility to add two extra mattresses according to your needs for children in the game room. And the sofa can be unfolded to be convertible but no real mattress. The house has a large bright living space, and the amenities have been designed to appeal to all ages: • A pool table for relaxed evenings • A foosball table for wild games • A bathtub for moments of relaxation • And a games room in the attic, ideal for keeping the little ones busy. Outside, enjoy a terrace and a garden of about 100 m², perfect for sunny days. There is also a brick barbecue with a grill. The neighborhood is quiet, especially in the evening and at night, which guarantees a restful night. The house is 1 hr from Lesquin Airport (Lille), 1 hr 15 minutes from Lille, 50 minutes from Roissy Charles De Gaulle, 1 hr 30 minutes from central Paris. Haute Picardie TGV station is 20 minutes away. Beauvais Airport is 1 hour away. You will be 45 minutes from Amiens center, 40 minutes from Compiègne, 30 minutes from Peronne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Gerberoy. Guest access You have access to the entire home, spread over two floors. You can also enjoy: • A private garden of about 100 m² and a furnished terrace • A parking space in front of the garage. The garage is accessible on request if you need the washing machine or dryer. 🔒 Only a personal room on the first floor is not accessible. Other things to note • The accommodation is non-smoking, parties are not allowed, and pets are not allowed. • The neighborhood is quiet, with attentive neighbors, please respect the tranquility of the place, especially in the evening. • The house has stairs, and the basement is not accessible. • Baby equipment can be made available upon prior request, subject to availability. • This is my primary residence, available every other week — thank you for taking care of it as if it were your own.
