It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (max. 1.70 m tall), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, and a covered parking space. You'll feel right at home! The space LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: The large living area combines a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a comfortable sofa bed with a capacity for 2 people, a 65" Smart TV (with access to Netflix, Prime video, YouTube, etc.), and an ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen offers everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and a wide selection of utensils and dishes for cooking with complete freedom. The living room-kitchen has air conditioning and heating. BEDROOM: The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens for a regenerating rest.
