The space With a generous 120 square meters, you will find plenty of space to relax and feel at home. Two bright, spacious bedrooms with high-quality king-size beds ensure a perfect night's sleep. The open, light-filled living and dining area blends harmoniously with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The reading corner on the gallery invites you to retreat with your favorite book. An additional guest bathroom complements the spacious main bathroom and provides extra comfort for longer stays. The heart of the Golf Cocoon is the private garden with a heated, secluded pool. Here you will find a stylish cabana with comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers, a refreshing outdoor shower, and two terraces for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. No matter what time of day, the outdoor area offers the perfect atmosphere to unwind. A lovingly assembled welcome package awaits you with chilled Prosecco, still water, fine Nespresso capsules, various teas, a fresh fruit basket, Italian pasta with matching sauces, milk, butter, small jams, honey, and a sweet homemade surprise. In addition, an exclusive minibar offers selected drinks and snacks (for a fee). There are three private parking spaces available directly at the house, one of which is in a single garage.
