The ground floor also has a large living area with a TV corner and a cozy L-shaped sofa, plus a dining space with a spacious wash area. The kitchen is big, fully equipped, and has an extra bathroom nearby. The house is secured with strong Petra doors and CCTV. You also get Wi-Fi, power backup, TV access, and all essential kitchen facilities. The first floor has two big rooms, one with an attached bathroom and the other with a common bathroom. There is a hall and two balconies. One faces the road, while the other is large and fully covered, set up as a secure utility area with a washing machine and plenty of space for drying clothes. This balcony opens to a beautiful view of wide paddy fields. Hot water is available in almost all bathrooms. Guest access House is fully available for guests. Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Any additional guest beyond this limit will be charged ₹500 per person per night, subject to bed and space availability.
