It is located in the gated community of Rancho Cerro Colorado, 7 minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo and 20 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. With large entertaining spaces, a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, a heated pool and hot tub, and three bedrooms with comfortable king-sized beds, it is the perfect place to enjoy your Los Cabos vacation with family and friends. The space Our newly renovated house includes an open floor plan with an expansive living room, large dining room, and spacious cook’s kitchen. It is a wonderful house for entertaining with large open spaces, stunning views, and comfortable high end furnishings. Covered terraces connect the living and sleeping areas to the outdoors on each level, and to the sunny terrace with its own heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Three bedrooms, all with ocean views and comfortable king-sized beds are found downstairs. The master bedroom includes an en suite bath with large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The guest bath, shared by the two additional bedrooms, includes a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower. The house is outfitted with a Sonos sound system in all rooms, as well as, American television in the living room. The beautiful white sand beach, Punta Bella, is just a short 5-minute walk away, and the calming sound of the waves can be heard from the house. Palmilla Beach, one of the finest beaches in Los Cabos, is a 20-minute walk along the shore. The town of San Jose del Cabo, just a short drive away, offers an abundance of fine restaurants, art galleries, shopping. Guest access Punta Bella, a quiet and almost private white sand beach, is just a 5-minute walk down the hill. Palmilla Beach is a 20-minute walk along the shore. The house includes a private swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and built in barbecue. Other things to note Rancho Cerro Colorado is a quiet community, and our house is our part-time residence. While we want our guests to enjoy Los Cabos to the fullest, we ask that they be quiet after 10 out of respect for our neighbors, and to not host large parties at the house.
