Lean back and feel at home in this bright and tastefully renovated room. Here you live comfortably with your own bathroom – a perfect place to rest. The accommodation is ideal for those who are passing through or looking for a quiet stop along the way, as we are only a few kilometers from the E4. At the same time, nature is very close – only about 75 meters away flows the river Lagan, perfect for a moment's relaxation by the water. We look forward to welcoming you to a quiet and pleasant stay with us 🌿 The space Warm welcome to Guest Room No. 1, a completely renovated room that was completed in May 2025. Here you will be met by a calm and cozy atmosphere – perfect for rest and recovery. You will sleep well in a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and have access to your own fresh bathroom. The room does not have a full kitchen, but is well equipped for simple meals. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, capsule machine, kettle, egg boiler and everything you need for breakfast or a light lunch. Coffee, tea, and salt and pepper are included. Outdoors, there is the possibility to barbecue (bring your own charcoal). There are also 2 barbecue areas down by the river. Parking is just outside the room or in the paved area next door. Bed linen, 1 set of towels, toilet paper and hand soap are included in the stay. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home with us. 🌿 Guest access During the period from April to October, there is a possibility to borrow a rowboat – perfect for calm trips on the river and nice moments on the water. The boat is shared with our guests at the berth on the property. For those who want to experience the river at their own pace, there is also the possibility to rent a canoe on site – please let us know already at the time of booking if you are interested. At the common jetty there is a bathing ladder for lovely, cooling dips in the river Lagan. There are also good opportunities for fishing for those who want to try their luck (fishing license is easily solved via the iFiske app). Along the river, there is space for both play and relaxation – the swing and sandbox are appreciated by both adults and children. For pleasant meals outdoors, there are two barbecue areas that can be used all year round.
