Home sweet home... Our ground-floor holiday apartment is ideal for couples and families (two bedrooms for four people). We are located at approximately 900 m above sea level in Sella Giudicarie, a municipality comprising the four villages of Breguzzo, Bondo, Lardaro, and Roncone (with its eponymous Blue Flag lake). Strategically located for visiting Authentic Trentino, in the Adamello-Brenta Park, between the Dolomites and Lake Garda. We look forward to seeing you. Breathe, you're in Trentino... The space Enjoy your holiday, treat yourself to a fresh and regenerating break in one of the most beautiful valleys of Authentic Trentino at 1000 metres above sea level. We are 20 km from the Pinzolo ski slopes and 35 km from the Madonna di Campiglio ski slopes. Just 5 minutes from us, you can find the easy ski slopes of Bolbeno, suitable for children and beginners. We are also close to Riva del Garda (40 minutes). Our independent apartment has been completely renovated. Located on the ground floor (with easy access and no steps), it is very spacious (60 sq m), and tastefully furnished. It consists of an open-plan living area, LED TV (kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, and dishwasher), a bathroom with tub/shower and washing machine, and two large bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people + 1 infant in a crib. Parking is available. The property also has a covered storage/garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Guest access Minimum 2 nights In summer, discounts are available for weekly stays, Saturday to Saturday. We'd be happy to hand you the keys in person, so we can provide you with all the information you need. Upon your arrival in winter, you'll find the house already heated. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The tourist tax (mandatory in Trentino) of €1 per day per guest (excluding children under 14) is payable on site.
