A pleasant stay awaits you in this beautiful and large house equipped with all the comforts to spend an unforgettable time with family or friends. The space This large house of about 400 m² consists of: On the ground floor: - Entrance leading to the toilet and room - Dining room with dartboard - pool table - kitchen - large living room with fireplace, TV and small dining area - library - master suite with bathroom (shower/bathtub/toilet) On the first floor: - mezzanine with lounge area, foosball and balcony on one side -> - large games room - 1 bedroom with double bed - Toilet - bathroom on the other side -> - 2 bedrooms with double bed and private bathrooms (shower/toilet) On the 2nd floor "La Tour" -> - landing room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 comfortably) - 3 Singles Outside, a large park is exclusively dedicated to you. You will find: - the swimming pool, heated and open from APRIL 1 to SEPTEMBER 30 and its large terrace - a living room and dining area - the boulodrome - soccer goals - a basketball basket - the large barbecue - a wooden path - a trampoline - a dartboard - other small outdoor games such as balloons, frisbee... Guest access The house is totally dedicated to our guests. Early check-in is possible (subject to availability) for an additional €200 - from 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is also possible (subject to availability) for an additional €200 - no later than 5 p.m. Other things to note Linens and towels are included EXCEPT FOR POOL TOWELS. You will need to provide charcoal if you want to use the barbecue. The swimming pool is heated and open from APRIL 1 to SEPTEMBER 30. In the inner courtyard, there are sheds to which access is strictly reserved for the owner (a chain marks off this area), who reserves the right to enter these sheds during your stay. Guests will be notified in advance of his visit to collect equipment or vehicles. We just ask that you be considerate of the neighborhood, especially in the evening: keep the volume down after 10:00 p.m. and avoid making noise outside.
