The space It is a small and modern space. It has a small kitchenette with a microwave, minibar, dishwasher and coffee maker (NO STOVE). And a small dining room for two people. The room features a queen size bed, closet, cable TV, air conditioning, iron, and a private bathroom. The parking lot is located directly in front of the apartment, behind a gate with mesh and a padlock (as shown in the photo). Keep the following in mind: ✅The apartment is located below a taco stand that is open all day until midnight. ✅It is located approximately 100 meters from Discoteca Boom. ✅In the neighborhood, sometimes children go out to play. ✅It is about 20 meters from the Méndez Montenegro Institute. Other things to note 🚶‍♀️The street is very busy on weekdays during the students' check-in and check-out times, due to the proximity of the Institute.
