The Landscape | Stone Cabin A minimalist barn in shades of stone and sky, calm and refined. The Landscape Barn Homes offers four peaceful cabins in Cheile Râșnoavei near Râșnov, surrounded by hills and forest, only 30 minutes from Brașov. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, small families, and anyone who loves calm, silence, and mountain air. Also suitable for small events (up to 30 guests), retreats, team buildings, or creative camps - when booking the entire resort. The space The Stone Cabin is a 40 m² open-space layout designed for simplicity and relaxation. It accommodates 2 guests (up to 4 max) and includes: • Bedroom area upstairs with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a Velux skylight overhead • Living area with a black extendable sofa, coffee table, and smart TV (Netflix & YouTube via hotspot - WiFi may be limited due to the metal roof) • Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, mini fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, and glasses • Tea, coffee, clean bed linen, towels, bathrobes for the hot tub, central heating, and air conditioning • Free parking on site ⚠️ Tap water is not drinkable - we recommend bringing bottled water Hot Tub Access The hot tub is shared between all four cabins and is available upon request, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Hot tub fee: • 200 lei / day - May to August • 300 lei / day - September to April Heating the water takes approximately 6–7 hours, reaching 36 - 38°C, depending on outside temperature. We prepare everything in advance. Guests only need to light the fire and add logs approximately every 40 minutes. A step-by-step printed guide will be available on site. If you need assistance or prefer that we handle the fire for you, please send us a message in advance and we’ll be happy to help. Availability depends on requests from other cabins. Guest access • Private access to your cabin • Gated property with code (sent before check-in) • Shared outdoor areas:  • Hot tub with a view  • Hammock zone under the trees  • Gazebo (soon furnished)  • Firepit area  • 10,000 m² yard, fully fenced (with electric fence on the outside for wildlife protection) Other things to note • Do not leave food or trash outside, it may attract wild animals • The neighbor’s horse farm has large shepherd dogs - friendly by day, aggressive at night • For safety, do not walk outside the fenced area after dark • If you bring a dog, please keep them inside the fenced area only • Velux window must be closed when raining or when you’re away • Trash should be left in the indoor bin under the sink • Tap water is not suitable for drinking, please bring bottled water
